Warranty Coverage
At Summit Point LLC, we stand behind the quality of our products. All electric bikes, batteries, motors, and accessories are covered against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal personal use according to the terms outlined in this policy. This warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
Warranty Period
The standard limited warranty period for all eligible products is 12 months from the date of delivery, unless otherwise explicitly stated on the individual product page at the time of purchase. Please note that this Warranty Policy works alongside, but remains separate from, our store's Return & Refund Policy.
What Is Covered
- Defects in materials and workmanship for the bike frame.
- Manufacturing defects in batteries, motors, controllers, and primary electrical components.
- Structural failures occurring during regular and intended use.
- Critical hardware deficiencies on replacement parts and cycling safety equipment.
What Is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover issues resulting from external factors or normal operation. Specifically excluded from this policy are:
- Normal wear and tear including cosmetic damage (scratches, dents).
- Consumable items: brake pads, tires, tubes, chains, grips, pedals, cables, bearings, and lubricants.
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or accidental collisions.
- Improper assembly, lack of maintenance, or unauthorized repairs and modifications.
- Water damage, racing, jumping, or any commercial use (delivery services, rentals).
Customer Responsibilities
- Maintaining valid proof of purchase (sales receipt/invoice) for all claims.
- Following all assembly and maintenance instructions provided with the product.
- Contacting our support team immediately upon discovering a potential defect.
- Storing the product in a safe, dry environment to prevent environmental damage.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
To initiate a claim, please contact our support team at sales@esportsgp.com with your order number and detailed photos or videos of the defect. Customers must receive authorization before returning any product. Products returned without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) may be refused at our warehouse.
Inspection Process
Once we receive the returned item or digital evidence, our technical support team will conduct a thorough review. Each claim is evaluated individually based on the condition of the product and the nature of the reported manufacturing defect.
Repair or Replacement
If a warranty claim is approved, Summit Point LLC may, at its sole discretion: (1) repair the product using new or refurbished parts, (2) replace the defective part, (3) replace the entire product with an equivalent model, or (4) issue another reasonable solution or partial credit. Our goal is to ensure you are back on the road as quickly as possible.
Shipping Costs for Warranty Claims
The customer is responsible for the costs associated with shipping the product to our inspection facility. If the warranty claim is approved as a manufacturing defect, Summit Point LLC will cover the return shipping costs of the repaired or replacement product to the customer.
Warranty Limitations
This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective items as described above. We do not offer lifetime warranties or unconditional guarantees. Summit Point LLC shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of the product.
